Eddie Spangler

Eddie Spangler's road to the mortgage industry began as a marketing director for a well-known and nationally recognized mortgage company in Southern California. Quickly working his way to Vice President of Marketing, he learned exactly what the loan process entails, and what a superior customer experience should feel like. This position allowed him to understand the importance of each loan - no matter the size - is significant.  

Eddie attended Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, CA, where he majored in Business with an emphasis in Marketing and added on a minor in Theology as well. After college, Eddie accepted an offer to work with A.G. Edwards and Sons in their prestigious Newport Beach branch. He worked as the Assistant to one of the company's top producers and was soon promoted to the position of Financial Associate. It was in this position where Eddie became a specialist when it comes to knowledge of the financial markets, managaing finances, and the importance of a sound financial plan. Eddie says, "I am comitted to listening closely to my clients' wants, needs, and their long-term dreams. Each loan I structure with my team is custom-tailored according to the system I have created - making every transaction simple, smooth, and successful."

Eddie has aligned himself with some of the top financial professionals in Southern California. He serves his clients by creating a mortgage plan that will coincide with their long and short-term financial goals. In order to achieve these financial goals, he refers his clients to only the most proficient and professional financial planners in the area, if they do not have one already.

Eddie and his wife Alison reside with their two wonderful sons Gavin and Logan in San Diego. When asked about what his most important part of his business is, Eddie replied that "the relationships I have formed with my clients, business partners, and associates is by far the most important and fun part of my job. I love working with my team of advisors to help give everyone I'm in relationship with the best advice possible. My name is on every loan that I do, and I make a deep commitent to daily live up to my word, give each client the attention and dedication they deserve, and to always stay true to my values."

In his "free time" (as scarce as it sometimes is) Eddie and Alison love to travel, go to the movies, read, surf, and watch Packers and Chargers Football. By far Eddie's favorite activity is to "pour my time, energy and passion into my adventures with my family."
